Q. How do I get to the apartment from the airport?

A. You will get detailed info once you have picked the apartment.

Q. Will anyone meet me at the apartment?

A. Since it's really hard to find an address in Venice if you don't know exactly where it is, we'll meet you at the nearest boat stop to the apartment and we'll take you there

Q. What will there be in the apartment?

A. All that is necessary to make you feel right at home: bed sheets, blankets, towels; kitchens are fully equipped.

Q. How big is Venice ?

A. Not to big. You can walk from one end to the other in under 40 minutes.

Q. How does transportation work in Venice ?

A. Mainly you walk, or you can take the public boat service that serves all of Venice. If you plan on using the boat service you can buy a weekly pass ( or a three day pass) that'll save you some money. If you wish to visit the official web site of ACTV, click here

Q. Where can I park my car ?

A. You have three choices: Piazzale Roma ( Venice ) at ca. 19,00 Euros per day tel # 041 5232 213; Tronchetto ( Venice ) at ca. 18,00 Euros per day tel # 041 5207 555; Parking Stazione( Mestre ) at ca. 4,50 Euros per day the address is : Viale della Stazione number 10, tel # 041 938 021 accross the street from the train station.

Q. How do I book ?

A. Once you have picked the apartment you like and we have checked its availability, you'll be asked to send us a down payment. At this point the booking is finalized and the apartment of your choice is reserved for you. For detailed information please go to our Booking guide

Q. What is a security deposit ?

A. It is a sum of money that you are required to deposit upon arrival. It will be entirely refunded the day you leave less any damage that may be done to the property.

Q. Is weekly rental Saturday to Saturday only ?

A. No, you can arrive any day of the week, holidays included.

Q. Is the rent all inclusive ?

A. It depends on the apartment but usually the utilities ( gas and electricity ) charges are not included.

Q. Can I get maid service, a cot, a baby chair ?

A. Yes, we just need to know with a week's advance. The charges are extra.

Q. Do you have an office in Venice ?

A. Yes, it's just behind Piazza S. Marco and we would be delighted if you would pay us a visit. The address is: S. Marco 1497/98

Q. How can I pay ?

A. You can pay cash ( any major currency ) or traveller's checks. Please note that we do not accept credit cards and personal checks.

Q. How late can I check-in ?

A. You can check-in as late as midnight.
